Lenchs Trust, Moseley
Neal R Shipley & Co were appointed the upgrade accessibility works at Lenchs Trust, Moseley. The project involved creating a new and secure car park for residents and visitors, inclusive of creating additional spaces for staff. The main entrance driveway also received an upgraded macadam surface. Appropriate line marking and lighting works were also carried out.
The new carpark is now accessed by a new macadam pedestrian pathway, which was extended and widened to allow safe accessibility for all residents, visitors, and staff.
The overall covered of the project was approximately 450m2.
